Ashtanga Yoga Weekend Retreat


Join us on May 10, 11 and 12 for a weekend retreat at the Kio-o Center in Ste-Lucie des Laurentides to deepen, evolve, or even start your yoga practice! Connect, breath, learn and be inspired within our community (sangha).

Open to all levels of yoga practitioners. 

Whether you are new to Ashtanga or have been practicing with me for years, my intention is to lead you through practices and workshops that are both inspiring and motivating.  All in the beautiful surroundings of the Kio-o Center in the Laurentians.   

A Weekend of Exploration

During this weekend retreat, you will practice Ashtanga yoga, enjoy guided meditations and pranayama sessions, and participate in workshops on the Ashtanga methodology, philosophy, and the method and benefits of Mysore practice.


Weather permitting, we will also go on a group nature walk/hike. There will be free time in the schedule so you can unwind and enjoy the calm nature surrounding us at Centre Kio-o.

7 Group Sessions

2-nights Accommodation

Single or double accommodations are available.

6 Vegetarian Meals

Dinner Friday, 3 meals Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

  • Is the yoga retreat the right level for me?

    Contrary to popular belief, ashtanga yoga is for all levels! Let me show you how even if you have never practiced this style of yoga before - it will be an enriching experience for you, I have no doubt.


    Reach out to me to see how we can get you started before the weekend retreat in May!

  • I want to RSVP for shared accommodations, but don't have the name of anyone to share with?

    If you'd like to RSVP for shared accommodations but don't have anyone to share double occupancy with, I can possibly match you up with another participant if needed.


    Please add a note in the comments section of the webform, and I'll do my best to match you up with another attendee.  

  • What's not included in the price?

    • Transportation to and from Kio-o center (approx 90-minute drive from Montreal)
    • Snacks. You can bring your own personal snacks and we have access to a fridge in the dining room.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Up to April 10th: 100% refundable (1 month prior to start of retreat)
    • April 11 to 26: 50% refundable. 
    • As of April 27th: Not refundable (2 weeks prior to the start of retreat).
